The goal of this project is to design and build a stewart platform, a device commonly used to precisely control larger objects, such as airplane simulators

This project is being designed in Solidworks, coded using Matlab and Arduino, and is using motors with encoders for precise positioning of the platform. The platform is being built almost exclusively out of laser cut wood.

The project is almost fully designed and we are currently laser cutting pieces and are beginning to assemble the project. On the electronics side, we are working on getting encoder values and implementing them into our code.
